David Miliband is well recognized as a British Labour Party politician, charity chief executive and public policy analyst and he has served as the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs since 2007 to 2010.

When he was age of 29 then he became Tony Blair’s Head of Policy whilst the Labour Party and it was in opposition and he was the useful contributor to Labour’s manifesto for the 1997 election, and that party became the party to power.
