My figure is now not good & Health is also going down. I feel alone that time. Then i read one fitness blog of an actor then i start doing exercise every day every morning i go for morning walk & eat green vegetables then after 28 days i see changes in my health now it’s glowing my skin is also looking beautiful and figure come’s under control.
